Comprehensive Testing for Optimal Valve Performance
The ROSS Test Rig for Proportional Pressure Control Valves together with the Diagnostic and Test Unit allows all ROSS Proportional Pressure Control Valves to be tested for correct pneumatic operation. The valves to be checked can be supplied with compressed air via type-specific adapter plates. The inlet pressure can be continuously adjusted via an additionally available pressure regulator. A pressure gauge on the outlet pressure tank displays the pressure regulated by the tested Pressure Control Valve.
In addition, the regulated pressure can be monitored by the Diagnostic and Test Unit via the external pressure sensor.
