Pneumatic Cylinder ISO 15552
ROSS pneumatic cylinders are manufactured on CNC machining centres to guarantee low dimensional tolerances and steady performance over a long period of time. The barrels and end-caps are fully anodized to reduce wear and increase corrosion resistance. End-caps guide bushings and PTFE piston guide rings ensure high resistance to side loads. Pneumatic micrometer-adjustable cushions and elastomer shockpads also contribute to long, problem-free service. Three models (with varying seal materials and resistance to side loads) are available in two constructions {steel (material: INOX) tie rod or aluminum profile}. On request all models can be fitted with magnetic pistons for Hall or Reed effect position sensor
All "Standard", "Viton" and "Neopren" series cylinders can be supplied on request in the following special versions:
- 25 through 1000 mm intermediate stroke
- Up to 3000 mm extended stroke
- Single action, normally retracted or extended with/without magnetic piston
- Food industry applications: rod, sockets, tie rods, cushion screws and circlips in 316 AISI stainless steel. End-caps and barrel in anodised aluminum
